In a legal career spanning over three decades, Mr. Reynolds has handled many cases in both state and federal courts.  He has represented small companies, individuals, business proprietors, professionals, and also large companies and corporations, in many types in cases in many parts of Texas, on both sides of the docket.  Mr. Reynolds has the experience to be able to analyze the most likely tactics that may be chosen or employed by the opposing parties, which can be a real advantage for his clients.  

Over the years, Mr. Reynolds has had a special interest in helping members of the business community to deal with their legal problems, including litigation and appeals in state and federal courts, and helping clients to deal with many other situations that involve business-related legal problems.

Mr. Reynolds is an honors graduate of The University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1977), and was licensed to practice law in Texas in November, 1977.  He has practiced in large and small firm settings.  He is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, and in several Federal Courts including Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. 

In the past, Mr. Reynolds served several years as a member on each of the three standing committees of The State Bar of Texas that advise The Supreme Court of Texas on issues pertaining to

• rules of evidence
• rules of procedure governing court proceedings; and
• the set of legal ethics rules known as the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct

Mr. Reynolds is likely the only Texas lawyer to have served on all three of these State Bar committees.  This service gives him a unique understanding of the Rules of Evidence and the Rules of Civil Procedure which is invaluable to the service to his clients.  Mr. Reynolds has served  on various community and municipal Boards, including service as a member of the Board of Directors [and executive committee] of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce [where he also chaired the Aviation Committee], and serving many years as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Colleyville, Texas.
